Recognizing and tagging nouns within a text plays a key role in the science of natural language processing. Studies show that the most important contents of a text are often around nouns within a text. Thus, recognizing nouns within a text helps significantly in understanding that text meaning as well as its content. To do so, one of the best sequential tagging algorithms called Conditional Random Fields (CRF) is applied in this tool. Its accuracy is over 80%, which is considered as one of the best of its kind for the Persian language. Media news tagging, search engine enhancement, and pronoun reference systems are some of the applications of this tool to identify several types of Named entities as follows:

- Organization name
- Individual name
