Persian text-spacing modification

The virtual spacing, also known as the semi-hyphen, is the Unicode Standard Character used for computer typing of some languages including Persian and Hindi. In Persian, this character is used in cases where two letters do not stick together with no “visible spacing” like the words “خانه‌ها (Khane-ha)”, “(می‌شود) mi-shavad” and “(بهره‌وری) bahrevari” -compared to “خانه ها”, “می‌ شود”, and “بهره وری” which have “normal spacing”, i.e. a full space, which is the incorrect form of typing the latter words. The code for this character in Unicode Standard is U + 200C.

This character is also standardized in Iran’s National Standard with the Number of 6219. Moreover, Virtual spacing is standardized for the first time in Iran’s National Standard with the number of 3342.

The spacing correction service intelligently corrects Persian text according to the rules of separation writing style. For example, words such as “نرم افزار (software)” as “نرم‌افزار”, “برنامه ریزی (planning)” as “برنامه‌ریزی”, and ” انسان های (humans)” as “انسان‌های ” may not be misspelled. This service is able to intelligently detect the correct spacing of words and correct mistakes.
